Position: Graduate Project Manager

We now have a position available for a Graduate Project Manager. Successful applicants will primarily be involved in the sourcing, preparation and conduct and management of on-site and on-line industrial plant and equipment auctions.

Initial responsibilities will include: assistance in the preparation of auction sites, assistance with preparation of auction catalogues, supervision of auction sites, co-ordination of asset collection by buyers and finalisation of auctions

After an initial period spent with the on site auction co-ordination team, successful candidates will be given an opportunity Project Manager/BDM.

The work is often time pressured and can require work outside normal working hours and at times Country travel.   Assets to be sold will be diverse and can include: woodworking, engineering, mining, earthmoving, and transport amongst other things.

Core Responsibilities:

• Liaising with prospective vendors
• Sourcing auction sales
• Advertising/promoting auction sales in relevant industry publications.
• Co-ordinating the operational side of running an online auction
• Dealing with buyers/sellers
• To be successful in this role you will possess:
• Intermediate to Advance MS Office
• BCommerce/ or Engineering other relevant degree
• Exceptional communication skills
• Time management skills
• Experience an advantage
